The community favourite returns for another year on Sunday, September 1 with fun to be had and prizes to be won. Gather your raft team together and make a splash at this year’s festival.
The fastest raft over the finish line (must be a newly constructed vessel, a maximum crew of eight people) will receive £100 and the Reg Emerson trophy. Kindly sponsored by Rock Channel Marine.
The most original / entertaining raft will win £50, kindly sponsored by Rye Shoes and awarded by The Right Worshipful Mayor of Rye.
Best small raft (with a maximum crew of 2 people) will receive £50, kindly sponsored by The Pipemakers Arms and again awarded by The Right Worshipful Mayor of Rye.
