We’re looking forward to presenting this three-piece “indie” band from Leicestershire. To try to categorise The Wave Pictures does them a disservice as they comfortably excel in many genres.

Over the course of their sixteen year career and eighteen albums they have embraced electric folk, blues, classic rock ‘n’ roll, doom-laden poetry and songs laced with infectious African sounding guitar.

Reviewers often find parallels in their work to 60s Dylan, 70s Grateful Dead, Jonathan Richman and The Smiths. There are as many influences as there are songs.

Prepare for an evening of pure musicality and raw talent.
