It has not been easy for many people throughout the last year, but Pamela Holloway made it a positive experience, finishing her latest written work. It is a book presenting two different novels, “New Beginnings” and “An Unusual Friendship”.
Pamela has over the years published, under various pseudonyms, both short stories and poetry. She has travelled widely which has influenced her writing. However, Pamela points out that this book is a work of fiction, the product of the author’s imagination. Any resemblance of actual characters is purely coincidental.
Reading the brief introduction on the back cover it entices one to know more and chapter one draws the reader into the well outlined characters so you become interested in them. It soon becomes clear that the plot deals with present day issues that society may be dealing with. In mid April the book will be available locally as well as from other bookshops and Amazon.
[Editor’s note: Pamela is better known in Rye as Pamela Buxton, and has appeared at Rye Arts Festival talking about her work]
The book is published by Troubador Publishing, Leicester, UK – 0116 279 2299 books @troubador.co.uk or www.troubador.co.uk/matador.
