Several local employers – Jempson’s, Bluebird Care, Chapman’s of Rye, Education First Language Travel and Pontins Camber sands – are joining the latest recruitment and roadshow event organised by The Rye Partnership at Tilling Green Community Centre on Tuesday May 5, writes Flora Williams. Application forms will be available on the day, with some employers offering a light-touch interview or the opportunity to discuss the vacancies. Advice will be available from the Jobcentre Plus rural advisers, National Careers Service, HARC benefit advisers, Sussex Coast College for Apprenticeships, Rother Voluntary Action volunteer hub and The Rye Partnership community learning and adult learning support.
