This prestigious Society will be holding its 71st annual exhibition at the Dance Studio, Community Centre, Conduit Hill Rye TN31 7LE opening Saturday August 6 at 10:30am until 5pm and every day until Sunday August 28. All works will be for sale. There are over 40 members who will be showing together with the works of 50 members of the public who have been selected from an extensive entry
The exhibition will be presenting the very best of local artists and there are excellent opportunities to buy new works
There will also be a space in the exhibition in memory of the late Fred Cuming RA who had been a member for over 35 years. A specially reprinted edition of his poster for the 1988 show will be on sale in celebration of this great and much-missed artist
