Hailing from America and now residing in Cambridge in England, guitarist Brooks Williams, singer and songwriter, is admired by both fellow musicians and audiences alike. He has made thirty-three recordings and has made countless concert and festival appearances. He is considered to be a leading light on the Roots acoustic music scene.
He is a master songwriter and is known for both his solos and collaborations. Such a collaboration took place at the Rye Arts Festival with ace fiddler, Aaron Catlow on Friday 23 September. They have recorded two albums together. The evening was full of great songs, great fun and wonderful musicianship.
