You’ve missed off Rye Baptist Church which offers the warm space on Mondays between 10am and 2pm (with free hot drinks, soup and toast) and St Mary’s Centre which offers Tuesdays between 10am and 2pm.
At the Queen’s Head the function room is reserved with TV and books to read or swap and there is a special offer hot meal for £5.
Sadly due to few visitors to Rye Baptist church warm space it was decided at our Church meeting to no longer continue.

The Warm Space in St Mary’s Centre has now closed due to lack of take up. If the need arises it will, of course, reopen.
After being open for December and January we found that we were not getting any visitors to the St Mary’s Centre for the Tuesday ‘Warm Space’. Earlier this week the PCC took the decision not to continue with this any further.
Whilst it is sad to stop doing something which we had offered it is also good that lots of people did not feel the need to come and use it.
In the event of any really severe weather then, of course, both the St Mary’s Centre and St Mary’s Church are available to the whole community and we continue to work closely with the Town Council and others.
