Ryesingers – Saturday June 3rd
On Saturday June 3rd, Ryesingers will be giving a concert at the Rye Community Centre.
It is entitled ‘There’s No Business Like Show Business’ – a quotation from ‘Annie Get Your Gun’ and includes music from that show, plus many other well-known songs. The audience can sing along with us – or just listen of course!
Tickets for the Concert cost £8 and will be available on the door, or from Grammar School Records, and the fun begins at 7pm.
It is worth noting in your diary for October 7th 2023, the date of the next Concert, this time in Rye Parish Church. It will have some Coronation Music and other delightful pieces by Britten and by Brahms, as well as traditional songs from our Four Nations. Not to be missed!
