The Rotary Club of Rye & Winchesea recently celebrated two key events in our history. The first was to celebrate 75 years of Rotary supporting our local community. We visited Gusbourne Vineyard and had a lovely picnic and the odd glass of wine, along with a slice of cake provided by club member Clive Gilbert.

It is also our new Rotary year (July to June) and we welcomed this years new President Eric Bourne. Eric said: ” I look forward to the new year and wish to see our club more actively involved in local community actions and events. If there are things you need help with, please contact us on our web page or if you know a member have a chat. I would also like to say a big ‘Thank you’ to all those businesses and people who have and continue to support us and those in need within our community, especially when times are difficult for many.”

The Club is looking for new members to join, so if your looking to be active and help in our community then do please make contact.
