ZEROH (Daniel Hardiker and Neil Hetherington) has returned to Bottle Alley in Hastings / St St Leonards, with a group of local art lovers co-ordinating an end of summer art market in Bottle Alley. This is the first time it has been tried in this iconic space and they will be hosting an undercover beach-side art market with over 60 artists exhibiting exciting new work in a variety of formats against the bottle wall.
Bottle Alley was constructed in the 1930s and decorated with glass bottles, which mostly came from one of Hastings’ legendary knees ups. Much like the sea, it changes in waves and one such wave was created by Bottle Alley Art Market (BAAM) founders and artists Daniel H and Neil H, aka ZEROH. 
Originally conceived as a temporary installation and commissioned by Hastings Art Festival Coastal Currents in 2017, the ‘Wavelength’ installation received a positive public response and by default became a long-term fixture. However, eventually the boldly coloured columns were sadly whitewashed because Hastings Borough Council were unable to continue restoring the paint work. But, restoration is currently taking place and will be completed in the summer, giving ZEROH the ideal opportunity to hold this celebratory day, showing off the restoration and the eclectic mix of artists and creativity in Hastings and St Leonards.
