A big thank you to customers at Jempson’s stores in Rye and Peasmarsh as their generous donations to the Rotary Club of Rye and Winchelsea have provided a boost to our funds. This week we will also have attended Rye Market and further days at the Peasmarsh and Rye stores.
The club will use the money raised to help a number of voluntary groups and good causes in our local community.
Rotary president, Rotarian Eric Bourne said, “We had an amazing response from the community, especially considering the difficult times being faced by many. So a big thank you to everyone and to Jempson’s for continuing to support our club, by allowing the club to collect on their premises.”
