In this immersive session, you’ll unleash your creativity by creating vibrant abstract artworks on paper, exploring colour, form, and texture. Caroline will guide you through a series of exercises for making marks on paper with ink and drawing tools.
Drawing exercises will be based on the natural world.
Can’t draw? No problem! This workshop is suitable for anyone, seasoned artist or complete beginner.
After a break for lunch and a much deserved rest we will spend the afternoon session transforming your creations into a beautiful, one-of-a-kind handmade book, combining your art with the timeless craft of bookbinding.
This workshop offers a relaxing, inspiring environment to experiment and craft something truly personal. Leave with a stunning, custom-made book full of your own original artworks—a perfect keepsake or gift!
What You’ll Learn:

No experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and a desire to create! Join us for a day of self-expression, creativity, and a hands-on approach to art-making.
All materials are included, and you are welcome to bring your favourite drawing tools and acrylic paints. We do not use oils or watercolour for this workshop as they take too long to dry.
Please bring a packed lunch. Hot drinks are provided throughout the day.
