Lindsay’s natural facelifts

Lindsay Taylor has been a professional reflexologist for 11 years, but it was the way she felt after a natural facelift massage that brought home to her the benefits of this wholly natural treatment. Taylor uses different parts of the hand to apply pressure to acupoints in order to tone the skin’s collagen and elastin fibres. In addition, the massage assists with lymphatic drainage so that the skin looks healthier. Specific benefits include:

  • improved skin tone
  • less puffiness
  • reduced under-eye bags
  • fewer wrinkles
  • brighter and more alert looking eyes
  • a more relaxed and youthful looking appearance

As well as the evident physical benefits, there is a knock-on effect of a boost in self-esteem and confidence, and people of all ages can benefit. The fact that all the treatment is natural, without the need for oils or creams, is proving particularly attractive to male clients. And the treatment counteracts the effect of muscle changes that result from losing weight.

Taylor recommends a six week course, although she is happy to provide a one-off treatment. Several clients have told her that after the second or third appointment their friends commented on how well they were looking. The treatment is also very relaxing and clients have been known to fall asleep, in one case when there were workmen drilling nearby. Clients are given facial exercises to do between sessions, which help them to understand how the facial muscles work, as well as encourage good habits to preserve the improvements made.

A course of six one-hour treatments costs £275 with a single session costing £55. After a six-week course, where six treatments are offered for the price of five, occasional top-ups are all that are needed to retain the natural facelift’s benefits. More information, including “before” and “after” photographs, can be found at the website here.

Appointments for natural facelift massages can be made through the website or by telephone on 07468 459877. The treatment is provided at the Elysian Centre between 10am and 6pm on Thursdays and anyone who wishes to speak directly to Taylor can meet her at the centre’s Open Day on May 29th. The Elysian Centre is located at 18 Cinque Ports Street, Rye, TN31 7AD.
