The Rye Creative Centre, home to local charity ARRCC (Activities, Respite, Rehabilitation, Care Centres) and the New Road Artists were delighted to be hosting the David Flood Trio for the second time

Dr David Flood, International Recitalist and Director of Music at Canterbury Cathedral, has generously found time in his busy schedule to assist  ARRCC in raising much needed funds. Dr Flood performed with fellow musicians Jon Williams and Chris Price to a packed house last Saturday. They presented a special evening of live music surrounding the wit and wisdom of some of England’s greatest musical humourists including Flanders & Swann, Noel Coward, Stilgoe and Skellern, to a rapturous finale of “Mud Mud Glorious Mud”.

ARRCC is delighted to be hosting two events in the Rye Arts Festival this year, which are “For all Time” on Monday  September 19 and “A Chronicler of our Age” on Friday September 30.
