Paul was one of the first UK police officers to work closely with the FBI’s Behavioral Science Unit in Virginia.
He is internationally regarded as a leading authority on the serial killer phenomenon.
Having worked closely with over 100 of these criminals he knows them well! He is the author of over 30 books, mainly true crime. His novel Chasing Monsters is the first in a series of books featuring detective Will Scott.
