Bournes have been crowned 2023 domestic mover of the year for outstanding performance, commitment and leadership in the UK removals market.
This prestigious competition, run by the British Association of Removers, recognises the UK’s best removal companies based on overall customer experience. Bournes explained how it came about: “The judging process included a thorough assessment of our website and quote documentation, the knowledge and professionalism of staff and our commitment to customer service through our customer feedback and satisfaction ratings.
“The whole team at Bournes feels privileged to be recognised by the British Association of Removers (BAR) for our commitment to providing the highest level of service to our customers. The judges commended all entrants, as the standard of entry across the board was extremely high. “
Bournes were announced winners at the BAR Gala Dinner on Saturday, May 13, which was attended by owners Wesley, Leon and Tom Bourne.
“Of course, as owners it is always a special moment when you receive an award, for which we are all immensely proud, but our immediate thoughts and thanks are always concentrated on those that have made that moment possible.
