Ted 2 [15] 116 mins Family Guy’s Seth MacFarlane returns with this hilarious sequel to 2012’s record-breaking comedy, Ted. Three years on, the potty-mouthed bear has married his girlfriend, and together they decide to start a family. He asks his long-time friend John to help them out, but whether Ted can ever have custody of the child is another matter, and he is forced to go to court to prove that he is human. Starring Mark Wahlberg, Jessica Barth, Morgan Freeman, Amanda Seyfried, Liam Neeson and David Hasselhoff.
The Boy Choir [PG] 103 mins An uplifting story of talent, adolescence and mentorship, this is the inspirational tale of a rebellious boy with a remarkable gift who is challenged by a demanding teacher trying to make the most unlikely of dreams come true. The film includes a beautiful soundtrack of choral music by Handel, Britten and Mendelssohn and a stellar cast including Dustin Hoffman, Kathy Bates, Eddie Izzard and Debra Winger.
Love & Mercy [15] 121 mins. Set to the era-defining music of The Beach Boys, Love & Mercy intimately examines the personal voyage and ultimate salvation of the band’s mercurial lead singer and songwriter Brian Wilson, an icon whose success came at an extraordinary personal cost. Starring John Cusack, Elizabeth Banks, Paul Dano and Paul Giamatti.
Inside Out (2D) [U] 102 mins. Pixar’s imaginative journey into a young girl’s mind is a pure delight. Growing up can be a bumpy road and it’s no exception for Riley, who is uprooted from her Midwest life when her father starts a new job in San Francisco. Like all of us, Riley is guided by her emotions – Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust and Sadness. The emotions live in Headquarters, the control centre inside Riley’s mind, where they help advise her through everyday life. As Riley and her emotions struggle to adjust to a new life in San Francisco, turmoil ensues in Headquarters. Although Joy, Riley’s main and most important emotion, tries to keep things positive, the emotions conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house and school. Written and directed by Pete Docter (Up!), with the voices of Amy Poehler, Bill Hader, Diane Lane and Kyle MacLachlan.
Amy [15] 128 mins. From Bafta award-winning director Asif Kapadia (Senna), Amy tells the incredible story of six-time Grammy-winner Amy Winehouse – in her own words. A once-in-a-generation talent, Amy was a musician who captured the world’s attention with her unforgettable voice and charisma. Experiencing a meteoric rise to fame, the relentless and invasive media attention, coupled with Amy’s troubled relationships and addictions, led her into a tragic cycle of self-destruction, resulting in her untimely death at the age of 27. Featuring extensive unseen archive footage and previously unheard tracks, this strikingly modern, moving and vital film shines a light on the world we live in today.
Jurassic World (2D) & (3D) [12A] 124 mins. 22 years after the events of Jurassic Park, Steven Spielberg returns to executive produce Jurassic World, the long-awaited next instalment of his ground-breaking series. Isla Nublar is now a fully-functioning dinosaur theme park. But, after ten years of operation and with visitor rates declining, a new attraction is created to re-spark visitors’ interest, with disastrous consequences. Starring Chris Pratt, Bryce Dalla Howard, Judy Greer, Vincent D’Onofrio, Irrfan Khan and Omar Sy.

Starting as single-celled yellow organisms, Minions evolve through the ages, perpetually serving the most despicable of masters. The trio embark on a thrilling journey that leads them to the world’s first-ever female super-villain and their biggest challenge to date: saving all of Minionkind from annihilation.
