A talk to be given by Professor David Sear of Southampton University – ‘Dunwich: Demise and discovery of a medieval port lost to coastal erosion’. Professor Sear has researched extensively the fate of Dunwich, a town that suffered the same fate as Old Winchelsea in the storms of 1287.
