Police are trying to trace Malcolm Smith, 35, who is wanted for breaching conditions of a court order. These include living at approved premises in Portsmouth. Formerly from Hastings, he is believed to be in East Sussex and is suspected of two recent shoplifting offences in Rye. Smith is described as white, 6ft, of slim build and with a shaven head.
