A four distance cycle ride will be held in support of local charity ARRCC (Activities, Respite, Rehabilitation and Care Centres), on Sunday September 6. The ride will suit experienced and new cyclists alike, ranging from 100 km with hills to 20km flat and easy. Hilly or flat routes, you decide, writes Paul Simpson.
