Rye Arts Festival celebrates its golden anniversary in 2021 with a new venue for the physical box office, in St Mary’s Centre in Lion Street, just before the entrance to the Kino.
Those who want to buy tickets in person can go into the office, which is open between 09:30 am and 12:30 pm on Mondays to Saturdays from now until the festival, which runs September 10 to 26.
There is also a telephone number 01797 462168 that people can ring should they have any queries or want more information. This can also be rung outside box office hours.
John Case, festival director said: “This year is the 50th anniversary of Rye Arts Festival and we have around 60 different events, with world-class artistes and local performers, from many different genres, literary talks, walks, drama and film as well as many hugely stimulating exhibitions in a number of art galleries.
“We really hope that people check out our full programme to see what is on, like what they see and use one of the channels to buy tickets, including the in-person service that is now available in St Mary’s Centre.”
