The Friends of St Peter’s, Newenden, are at last able to restart their occasional fundraising events. David Flood, who was organist of Canterbury Cathedral for 32 years, is coming to St Peter’s on Friday, March 25 at 7:30pm. He will perform on St Peter’s historic organ (with its original untempered tuning) and play extracts from his favourite recordings of the cathedral choir. He will also share insights into life at the very centre of the Anglican communion.

David is well known in Rye, where he has given organ recitals and has brought his choir to sing in St Mary’s in the past.
