The Ethel Loves Me gallery on the High Street is pleased to welcome their first artist in their new home, also named Ethel – Ethel Davies – who will be exhibiting her fantastic 3D photography from all around the globe in addition to a special series of photographs and prints shot in Rye.

In addition, the gallery will also be showing the work of Matt James Healy. Matt is a London born artist and poet now living in Folkestone and working in the European romantic tradition. Employing language and lyrical imagery, punctuated with surrealism, satire and irreverence, Matt explores and exploits the on-going and hopeless search for true knowledge and understanding.

Both artists will be at Ethel Loves Me from 2:30pm on Saturday, September 15, and afternoon sweet treats and prosecco will be provided to celebrate the occasion. The newly relocated gallery and store is at 105 High Street, Rye, TN31 7JE. For further information please contact: Matt Forbes-Dale – matt@ethelloves.me .
