After 25 years of performing, Diva Opera are still wowing audiences internationally and on Saturday evening did so at the Rye Arts Festival
Since Anne Marabini Young and Bryan Evans founded Diva Opera in 1997, the company has earned an unrivalled reputation. It has given more than 2,500 performances of 50 different operas and concert programmes for festivals and theatres. For the last three months the singers have been touring internationally and they are the first UK touring opera company to do so.
Alison Moncrieff Kelly, the classical music director for the festival said, “They are the best touring opera group around, by far.”
