The Ocean Deep

It is black,
It is gloomy,

Shapeless creatures,
that look straight through me,

In the Ocean Deep.

Hunting and survival,
Are all that is vital,

Avoid the lures and traps,
That could bring your collapse,

In the Ocean Deep.

Larger than life,
The ocean is rife,

Monsters to plankton,
The waters must be their sanctum,

In the Ocean Deep.

It is freezing cold,
The temperature can always be foretold,

Anything could happen,
There is no pattern,

In the Ocean Deep.
