The owners of a family holiday park in Winchelsea – described as “our little piece of heaven” – are confident 2024 will be a successful year.

Ferryfields Holiday Park is situated at Station Road, Winchelsea, and is now owned by the Family Parks Group.

2024 is the first full year that the group – based in Battle – has ownership of the park, making it the eleventh site it owns across Kent, Sussex, Dorset and Norfolk.
Ian Smith, joint managing director, said: “The Family Parks group is an expanding business, and we are really excited about the prospects for the coming year.

“It has been a tough time for many but mortgage rates are on the way down and hopefully the cost of living crisis will ease during 2024.

“Ferryfields Holiday Park is a great location, we call it our little piece of heaven. Our owners-only park offers a sense of community without the hustle and bustle of holidaymakers coming and going.

“Ferryfields is a peaceful retreat that offers walks in the countryside or a g&t on your private deck while you try and spot the local wildlife. “We have conducted a thorough review of the business since the completion in July 2023, and we look forward to a very busy 2024.”

Ferryfields is running a special promotion until February 29. You can get an extra year added to your site licence for no extra cost when you buy or part-exchange this month.
