Design Sussex hosted another exciting event in Rye on Wednesday, September 13 at St Mary’s Centre.
Working in partnership with Rockpool Creative – the south east’s collaborative design and marketing agency, the informal yet informative workshop offered golden nuggets of information and advice about marketing and branding for local businesses, creatives and the self-employed.
Mat Ashby, one of the founders of Design Sussex, alongside Arabella Ansar and John Cowell, said afterwards: “It was a great evening full of insight, inspiration and interaction brought to a diverse business audience by the Rockpool team – Jen Sinclair, Frances Clifford and Emily Foster.”

Design Sussex was founded by John Cowell, Mat Ashby and Arabella Ansar who are all local residents and are committed to creating events and experiences, stand alone and in partnership with the region’s many other organisations, that provide the chance to exchange ideas, meet possible collaborators and have fun doing it.
