Rye Community Shop is pleased to announce a further round of funding to local charities and community groups within the Rye and District area- but you’ll have to be quick – the closing date for applications is September 20.
Thanks to the continuing support of the local community, Rye Community Shop is able to welcome applications from local groups who are able to demonstrate their support for the social and local community infrastructure for public benefit.
Applications forms are now available from the shop at 41 Cinque Ports Street or by emailing kate2sims@aol.com. Please note we do not send out applications by post.
Rye Community Shop has to date handed out in excess of £75,000 to community groups and local charities to help with specific projects or to meet funding crises. Any grant funding should however be to supplement not replace the applicants own fundraising activities.
Closing date for completed applications is September 20.
