Saturday June 15 was a lovely day, complemented by Landgate Women’s Institute’s summer fair, which took place at St Mary’s centre.
There were a number of busy stalls, including knitted goods, plants, books, DVDs and white elephants.
The tombola was popular as usual and home made cakes and tea were served by ladies in vintage costumes.
Landgate WI is 32 years old, a spring chicken compared to the national body which celebrated its 100th birthday in 2015.
