We regret to learn of the death of Peter Dyce, aged 87, who served on Rye Town Council for many years, and as Mayor in 2001-3. writes Kenneth Bird. The funeral will be held at Hastings crematorium on Monday September 5 at 12:30pm. We offer our condolences to his wife Joyce.
