On Tuesday morning, Rye News was contacted by a regular reader who had been speaking with the police. The police had descended on Fishmarket Road in large numbers looking for a young girl, believed to be just five years old, last seen running down the road in her nightdress.
No further information was available at the time this article was written but we (Rye News) will endeavour to provide further updates when available. Fingers crossed she was found quickly, and safely.
