Raising money for Children in Need, a group of ladies did an hour of Zumba in pyjamas at Peasmarsh Memorial Hall last Thursday evening, November 18. Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music, writes Ray Prewer Two of the ladies, Sue Kelleher and Sarah Tiltman, work in Johnson’s Fruiterers Greengrocers in the High Street. I caught up with them the following day. They had bought Pudsey onesies for the Zumba hour and were wearing them at work. So far they have raised over £400, but the group figure will not be available for a week or so.
I am sure if you dropped into Johnson’s you could still make a donation to Children in Need.
