Rye & District Bonfire Society’s Auction of Promises, Antiquities and Miscellaneous Items will be held on Wednesday, May 24 2023 at the Tudor Rooms Mermaid Inn at 7:30pm Viewing from 7pm, catalogues available on the night and in advance from funding@ryebonfire.co.uk.
A huge range of services, art, antiquities, memorabilia and worthy items will be on offer including one night at the Mermaid lnn in the four poster room with breakfast, a case of Viognier, a taste of Cornwall picnic hamper, Rye Kino membership, facial and massage at the Rye Retreat and a 3ft cuddly penguin!
Not forgetting the honour of being chaired down to the Salts on the night and lighting the bonfire as Rye Fawkes 2023!
Tickets are £5 each, including a glass of wine and catalogue (card payments accepted). If you are unable to attend the auction but would like to support the Bonfire Society by bidding on a lot, you can place an absentee bid by emailing it to funding@ryebonfire.co.uk.
