Northiam held its summer fair and boot fair, which included a dog show, classic cars and motorcycles and more, on August 6 at the playing fields. This very large open space held a large number of stalls, car booters and a show ring, all taking up remarkably little space!
Held on the most beautiful sunny day, it was well attended and the classic cars and motorbikes had drawn a good audience. More cars came in as the afternoon progressed, and the photograph shows one superb example.
The show ring ran a prettiest dog class (pictured), and what a mixed bunch they were. Every picture tells a story, and this one does too!
Everyone who visited had a good choice of stalls, refreshments and amusements and a beautiful day on which to enjoy it. Certainly, the donations bucket looked in good order! Congratulations to the organisers and all the stall holders.
