Going to the supermarket to buy your fruit and veg may be convenient, but going to the source, the grower, of fruits and veg, meat and poultry, has never been easier…and perhaps, never more popular.
Among the local farms leading the way for locally produced for local consumers is Lime Tree Farm near Brookland.
A family-run farm, they have taken Halloween to a new level. Pumpkins of all shapes and sizes are there to choose from and the smiling faces are evidence it is a fun family outing.
Bats and spiders and free-roaming turkeys are added attractions, alongside the pumpkins, squash, and amazingly shaped gourds.
It’s eco-friendly and fun.
