Sussex Wildlife Trust are hosting a series of walks this summer for members of the public.
The walks are around 6km and include a visit to Camber Castle, built in the 16th century and originally overlooking the shallow sea on a shingle spit.
The walks also include a visit to the Wildlife Trusts’s bird hides and views of the wildlife of Castle Water.
The next walk will take place on Friday August 9 and again on Friday August 23. Additional walks are also lined up on the following Fridays: September 6; October 11; October 25; November 8; November 22 and December 6.
The walks will start at Rye Heritage Centre at 2pm. Visit Sussex Wildlife Trust’s website for more information.
