Energise Sussex Coast (ESC) is a project that has, over the last eight years, helped thousands of local people from Hastings, Ore and St Leonards to make their homes more energy efficient and save money on their bills and, through collaboration with other agencies like Hastings Advice and Representation Centre (HARC), ESC is now able to offer the same services to Rye.
In the past, ESC was able to see people face to face in places like food banks, libraries and community centres. This of course is often no longer possible because of Covid-19 restrictions but if you have any queries about providers, saving money on your bills, or Green House Grants you can now phone 01424 390 062 (local rates). While it is a land line number, it is also possible to text on it and an advisor will call back.
Energise Sussex Coast is a community benefit co-operation that initiates practical and pioneering solutions to move us to a community-led low carbon future, free of energy poverty and it has a data protection and confidentiality policy.
