Every third Sunday of the month there is a service at the Church of the Holy Spirit at Rye Harbour. Linda Estrada takes the service and, with Kt and Martin Bruce, comes up with a theme each time to involve the villagers and congregation.
January’s theme is Warm Up the Homeless. We would like donations of warm clothing (jogging bottoms are particularly required) and warm hats, gloves, jumpers and scarves.
If you have any tinned foods or UHT milk cartons, they will be warmly received too.
The service is at 3pm on Sunday, January 15 at the church which is on the Harbour Road as you enter the village of Rye Harbour. Please bring your donations then or contact Kt on ktbaspect@gmail.com for alternative drop-offs.
