Jenny Edbrooke is a rather special artist because she has a studio at the Rye Creative Centre which is a professional arts space for people with disabilities. Under the cheerful tutorship of Jenny and her team of volunteers, artists of all abilities are supported and inspired to make any creation possible. Jenny offers an extensive range of materials to experiment with, including watercolours / acrylic painting, clay, collage, crafts, textiles, woodcraft, model making, mosaics and much more. With double doors opening on to her well-kept gardens The Studio is a truly unique day care service where people can come to be creative, socialise, connect with nature, listen to music or simply drink tea and laugh from 9am – 3pm every weekday. Jenny and her team are warm and welcoming and there is a sense of purpose but mainly lots of fun when you visit.

If you or anyone you know might be interested in joining the fun at The Studio then contact Jenny at info@jennyedbrooke.com.

Jenny and her team will be joining the artists from the studio when they have their Christmas arts and crafts for sale at the Christmas fayre at Rye Creative Centre on November 26 and 27. Do go along and support this work, it is inspirational.
