Joe Moore, eldest son of Rye Wurlitzer Academy founder Richard Moore will be in the Rye Harbour and Pett Level area on Wednesday, April 6 as part of his challenge to run eight marathons in eight days in aid of the charity Mind.
Routes include coastal runs from Eastbourne through to Hastings, 13 laps of Alexander Park, a treadmill marathon at the Falaise fitness centre and eight laps of the park run . The challenge ends with participation in the Brighton marathon. Joe recently took part in the Hastings half marathon as “Where’s Wally” but he will be dressed in more appropriate running attire for this challenge.
