On Friday, April 15 the Brewery Yard Club held Music Brewing, an evening to showcase local artists. Typically held on the third Friday of each month, Music Brewing is the brainchild of Lloyd Guyenette. The venue is close to the train and bus stations and a large car park. It is arranged over four floors and includes a fully equipped conference room, intimate bar and two function rooms, suitable for many occasions.
Lloyd is a local musician who felt it was time, after the lengthy absence of opportunities to perform due to Covid, to get back and entertain music lovers. He intends to offer musicians several slots on those evenings. It was a great evening with great songs, known or new to the audience, and definitely appreciated by them. The atmosphere was upbeat, music excellent, especially the violin, and I recommend others wander down to the welcoming venue for the next Music Brewing from Lloyd and friends.
