Undercliff Pony Rescue, run by Dave Offen and Sharon Baker is in urgent need of help after recently receiving five foals. Undercliff was able to accept five from a group of twenty or more who had been taken from their mothers to be slaughtered. All the foals were in good health, just unloved and unwanted.
Dave and Sharon are working parents who have taken upon themselves the responsibility and costs of housing, feeding and veterinary care for these very young unwanted foals. They have stables to keep them warm and dry but, due to being taken from their mothers so young, they require special feed as well as a lot of “hands on” care and attention.
