The National Trust’s Lamb House in Rye will not be open until government regulations permit, but the garden is open now on Mondays and Tuesdays from 11am-4pm – though the tea room is shut. You will need to book by 3pm on the day before your planned visit by contacting the Trust on this link.
However the information point in the town hall in Market Street near St Mary’s Church is now open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10am-1pm, and on Friday and Saturday from 10am-4pm – and from May 1 it will be open daily from 10am-4pm.
The nature reserve at Rye Harbour is also open (all day, every day) and the new Discovery Centre there will open as soon as government regulations permit. The same applies to the Rye Castle Museum and the museum at 3 East Street – and this might be by mid-May or June.
