At this time of rising fuel prices and cost of living generally, many are struggling to pay bills and buy food and pay for transport and all the other expenses of normal life.
Many people are having to make impossible decisions such as what can wait if I pay the bills and / or buy the food. A constant juggling act that is demoralising and exhausting.
Help is at hand. You do not have to be a client at Rye Foodbank to get help. If you are having problems please do get in touch. We can help with different problems in different ways and have specialists available to solve any difficulties with benefits, housing and debts.
At the very least you can be sure of a warm welcome and a listening ear. A problem shared is a problem halved. Chris and Bob, the food bank managers, will help you, no matter what your problem may be. Making a call, or a visit, or an email could be a really good thing to do.
