Whitehouse plays trump card

Currently, a tower of scaffolding hides the impressive period façade of Whitehouse, 24 High Street which is undergoing external renovations. Inside, the listed building displays many period features, stylish and comfortable and in such a good location on the High street.

An inviting interior adds to the overall dining experience.

Open seven days a week and home to the celebrated Lazy Baker, behind the scenes you would be surprised at what’s on offer. In addition to the café and hotel accommodation the Whitehouse has its own in house bakery supplying daily made bread, cakes and pastries.

If the smell of baking bread was made into perfume or aftershave we could splash some all over,  after all, we’re worth it!

Ah the smell of it, the unmistakable aroma of freshly baked bread.

Weddings, private events, celebration cakes and private dining are all catered for under one roof and if that’s not enough there are also a series of themed pop up nights to wet your appetite.

For those lucky diners booked in for this Saturday’s (October 12) Greek food night the menu looks very inviting, no wonder it’s a complete sell out, at £28.00 per person you can see why.

Don’t despair, these popular events are being run regularly and for those who missed out on the Greek night why not treat yourself to Mexican madness on November 30, Moroccan Souk on January 18, a Caribbean party on March 14 or an American Smokehouse on April 25, 2020.

Further information on the above and details of all on offer at the Whitehouse can be found on their website or contact them directly on either 01797 224748 or by email at info@whitehouserye.co.uk.
